To be completely honest I had pretty low expectations coming into it, but against my initial thoughts, I was very pleasantly surprised by this. I think the art style in general is very fun and helps express the differences in the characters, despite the some what short-winded dialogue. The music gave me a pretty similar feeling, the songs were enjoyable and kind of bouncy, and were able to give off a vibe that you'd expect coming from the character you're interacting with. The gameplay itself wasn't too difficult, but still required you to focus, as not to mess up, which is always appreciated in a rhythm game. As mentioned before, the dialogue itself was a little short-winded, and in addition to that, some of the responses were a little bare boned. Of course I do understand that this is a demo and is still being worked on. Other than that I don't really have any criticisms. Some people may get offended by the FICTIONAL RECREATION of real people that the characters are, but personally I thought it was hilarious. I didn't actually pick up on it until the end when I was like "Oh! Now I get why it's called serial-lover" I think it's always fine to make a lighthearted joke out of bad situations as long as you aren't making fun of them explicitly or doing so maliciously. I really enjoyed this and can't wait for the final release. Keep up the good work!
There's no firm release date yet, but the game is very close to done! Hoping to release some time within in the next few months. Hopefully sooner than later!
As someone who doesn't really like visual novels, I thought the rhythm game sections would actually make the game bearable. That being said, the music is abhorrent, there's no going around that. It sounds like someone's first FLStudio session, and it made the rhythm game parts funny, but not very enjoyable. I also feel like it's kinda insensitive to romanticize serial killers, especially since the names are parodies of real-life murderers. That being said, the art direction is actually tolerable and my friend especially liked Adriana. The dialogue also leaves a lot to be desired, some characters are way too over-the-top and some choices that I assume are supposed to be funny or horny, just come off as cheesy or straight up kill you..
Overall I'm indifferent to the game, I like rhythm games but I don't really like visual novels. This game does neither of them well and I end up wondering why I'm not just playing Osu instead...
The music, writing, and rhythm sections have been touched up quite a bit since the demo, but I may need to give them another pass after reading your review haha. The names will also be changed for the final release.
I do hope you'll give the game another chance once it's complete, but regardless I appreciate the honesty.

I've always really enjoyed rhythm games and the music within them and I just have to say that Edwina/s track was just phenomenal amazing work.

Prons :
Looks good
Cons : I suck at rhythm games while still want opportunity to enjoy game fully.
